RENEWABLE ENERGY
Print Design
Here is an ad campaign for NREL that highlights the positives of switching to renewable energy. I wanted to make sure the message of the cause was really showcased by giving each poster its own focus and talking about what renewable energy contributes to: more jobs, better economy, and your health. By stating more positive facts that directly impacts the person reading it, the tagline, “A Better You,” people are able to make a more personal connection with this technology. I communicate this message by using bold typography and diagrams of the different ways of collecting clean energy—except for the third, which depicts a diagram of a human heart to help reinforce this important personal connection. In each layout, I explored different colors and added a texture to give the posters a more organic sense.
